I found paradise at the hotel! It's a charming spot in Punta Rucia with a beautiful beach and comfortable accommodations. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I loved the beachfront dining and the fantastic breakfast options. However, some aspects of the service were a bit slow, and the crowds at Cayo Arena can be overwhelming if you're looking for a quiet retreat.
